Even in the early 60s young girls oohed and ahhed over boys. Dream or Dud? What a hoot. I'm so out of step. What would girls that age be wondering now? Hunk or Dweeb? Hotty or Nerd? *G* Check out this bit of nostalgia.
Beth, Sister Dear and I were at Toys R Us, during the holidays, and found Mystery Date and bought it for Julianna because it was a great game during both our times. Both of us were so disappointed that "the Dud"(Bum) wasn't included any more in the new re-vamped version. I guess they had to make it politically correct.
Hi, Elsie. No Dud? So EVERY man is her Prince Charming? Hmm. That doesn't seem right. Actually, I had no idea they still made the game. How funny. Makes me want tovisit the toy section and check out was else is there. :) BTW, I can so see you and Laurie plating that game with Julianna. :)
